The Seed That Became a Journey

The Seed That Became a Journey began long before I understood what it truly meant. When I first started the International Travel Lovers meetup, I wrote that my dream was to travel the world and visit all the sacred sites. At the time, I didn’t really know what “sacred sites” meant to me, but there must have been a seed already planted, quietly waiting to grow.
Over the years, that seed began to sprout in unexpected ways. I've spent countless hours on Gaia, drawn deeply into sacred geometry and ancient sites around the world, feeling an unexplainable pull and endless curiosity about spiritual travel and the mysteries woven into our planet's sacred places.
My first true pilgrimage was walking the Camino de Santiago (the French Way), and that journey changed everything. Along the path, I met people from all walks of life and from all over the world. We didn’t all share the same beliefs or reasons for walking, but there was a common thread — gratitude and joy. The path itself felt alive, vibrating with something deeply nourishing, even when the purpose wasn’t fully understood.
That pilgrimage quietly reshaped how I walk, how I travel, and how I listen. What began as a quiet intention through International Travel Lovers slowly became something more meaningful — a devotion to sacred sites, conscious journeys, and transformational travel experiences.
The Seed That Became a Journey is still unfolding.
I’d love to hear — was there a moment, place, or quiet pull that first stirred something similar in you?
