Our India's journey through Uttarakhand was an inspiring blend of spirituality, natural grandeur, and Himalayan adventure. Inspired by the docuseries The Road to Dharma, we explored sacred sites and pristine landscapes, each radiating history, mythology, and divine significance.
We began with visits to the iconic pilgrimage sites of Kedarnath and Badrinath, dedicated to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. Traveling by helicopter to Kedarnath offered breathtaking views of the Garhwal Himalayas, while Badrinath immersed us in serene surroundings that nurtured reflection and reverence.
Next, we ventured to the Valley of Flowers, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where more than 300 alpine blooms carpeted the meadows beneath the dramatic Zanskar ranges. In Chopta, known as “Mini Switzerland,” we hiked through dense forests, lush meadows, and snow-capped peaks, culminating in the trek to Tungnath Mandir and Chandrashila Summit, where panoramic vistas left us awestruck.
From Hemkund Sahib to Rudraprayag, every step offered moments of inspiration, reflection, and profound connection to the spiritual and natural wonders of the Himalayas.
